Job Description

TITLE COMPANY

seeks full time MD Licensed Producer/ Settlement Officer .

Responsibilities include the following:

conducting purchase residential real estate closings in multiple locations .
disbursement and distribution of funds of closing transaction
scanning and shipping loan and recording documentation Attention to detail and communication skills a must.

MINIMUM Two (2) years Settlement and Title Company experience can make you a member of our Professional Settlement Team. Excellent salary and car allowance, benefits include health and life insurance and 401K, and convenient location near Foundry Row in Owings Mills, with free garage parking.
