full-time Caliver Beach Mortgage is hiring a Loan Officer - Non-QM & Commercial Lending to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated lending professional who understands how to work with borrowers whose financing needs may fall outside of traditional lending guidelines. This role will focus on Non-QM and commercial loan opportunities while helping clients identify financing solutions that align with their goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a pipeline of Non-QM and commercial loan opportunities Build relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, investors, and referral partners Evaluate borrower needs and identify appropriate loan programs Guide clients through the loan process from initial consultation through closing Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal lending partners Develop new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building Maintain accurate loan documentation and follow applicable company and lending requirements

Qualifications:

Mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, or financial services experience preferred Experience with Non-QM, commercial, investor, or alternative lending is strongly preferred Strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple clients and loan opportunities simultaneously Self-motivated with a strong focus on business development and client service NMLS license preferred, but not required If you are an experienced lending or sales professional looking to expand into Non-QM and commercial lending, we would like to hear from you.
