Our team works with a diverse range of loan products, giving Loan Officers the flexibility to serve first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, veterans, self-employed borrowers, and clients with more complex financing needs. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, builders, and referral partners. Consult with borrowers to identify the best financing solutions for their needs. Structure loan scenarios across a broad range of mortgage products. Manage your pipeline from application through closing. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Grow your personal brand and business within your local market. What We're Looking For Active NMLS license. Proven mortgage origination experience. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Self-motivated, driven, and customer-focused.
