The Live Unreal Companies, wants everyone in the organization to live an Unreal life while on this earth. Titleocity operates in all 83 counties in the State of Michigan. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to give top notch service. We are currently seeking a full-time enthusiastic and passionate Escrow Officer. Responsibilities/Duties(not limited to the following): Closely reviews lender instructions. Determines escrow requirements by verifying buyer, seller, and lender instructions including calling on water, taxes and special assessments. Completes calculations by prorating taxes and interest specific to the purchase agreement Prepares transaction documents by completing forms and statements; collecting and reviewing existing documents. Communicates with customers, home buyers, home sellers, agents and brokers. Understands seller concessions and is able to work through a file to obtain funding from a lender.
