ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our Lake States Team as a Title Assistant. Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ATA National Title Group is a full service title agency providing comprehensive title and escrow services to companies and individuals. We are committed to our mission of building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and providing them with dependable, timely and accurate service.

Job Duties include:

• Act as liaison between agents and escrow team
• Support the Title Manager and Escrow Processors to aid in preparing files for closing
• Review and understand purchase agreement and title commitment to determine necessary requirements for closing
• Assist in obtaining conditions required for closing
• Effectively communicate with parties in the transaction

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to reliably meet deadlines and demonstrate consistent follow through
• Takes pride in quality work and building customer relationships
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Prior title company experience preferred
