Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support loan officers by managing documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop industry knowledge within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company. Employee shall perform all duties customarily associated with this role, including but not limited to:  Business development and referral partner relationship management  Strategic growth initiatives and market expansion  Event planning, execution, and ROI tracking  CRM management and pipeline development  Operational and loan production support  Recruiting and onboarding of loan officers  Marketing and brand development initiatives Employee agrees to:  Devote full business time and best efforts to Employer  Perform duties in a professional and lawful manner  Comply with all Employer policies and procedures Additional position details include: Assist loan officers with loan origination processes, including gathering and verifying client information Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with FNMA, FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage guidelines Support compliance with all loan regulations such as TRID, TILA, Fair Housing laws, and federal mortgage servicing standards Coordinate with clients to facilitate clear communication and provide updates on application status Utilize Encompass or similar loan processing software to input data and track loan progress Conduct basic credit analysis and assist in underwriting procedures to evaluate borrower eligibility Maintain organized records of escrow accounts, loan documentation, and internal communication logs Requirements Prior experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or in a similar role within financial services or mortgage lending Knowledge of FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines, TILA (Truth in Lending Act), TRID compliance, and federal housing regulations Familiarity with mortgage servicing, underwriting processes, and credit analysis techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and loan processing software such as Encompass Strong understanding of banking regulatory compliance related to mortgage loans Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Attention to detail in loan documentation and adherence to all compliance standards including VA () loans and FHA loans Basic math skills including 10-key typing for data entry tasks Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Join our team to grow your career in the thriving mortgage industry! $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
