Job Description

Overview:
JG Wentworth provides consolidation loans for debt relief clients looking to accelerate the settlement and payoff of their enrolled debt. The Loan Administrator role provides administrative support and facilitates production and conversions throughout the loan process, working closely with our lending, loan negotiation and payments departments as well as escrow partners and bulk settlement creditors.
Responsibilities:
Review and audit approved loans for tradeline, settlement, fee and escrow accuracy before final underwriting approval and client review. Manage the daily assignment of approved loans to loan negotiators. Collaborate with our lending department and escrow partners to ensure loan funds are processed and available to meet settlement deadlines, as well as confirming automation and key processes are working as expected. Manage internal and external processes and communication with bulk settlement creditors. Assist with settlement and payment processing tasks and resolve critical issues.
Qualifications:
Education requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Qualifications & Skills Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills - attention to detail. Data driven and intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and utilize creative thinking to solve problems. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. A team player with strong work ethic.
