Overseeing recruitment and training of staff Organizing employee's schedules and assignments Oversee day to day operations Resolve employee and customer issues Data entry Completing car appraisals for loan approvals Approving Loans Interpret loan agreements. Marketing, Sales Collections Completing inventory and inspections on repo cars Completing DMV paperwork
