Experience in Escrow Transactions Jobtracks Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, compassionate, highly skilled Escrow Officer/Asssitant to guide our real estate transactions smoothly across the finish line. In this role, you'll manage the entire escrow process from contract to closing. You'll serve as the steady hand ensuring every contract detail, lender condition, and title requirement is met, while keeping buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders informed every step of the way. Escrow Officer/Asssitant:
Escrow Officer/Asssitant must have 2+ years managing escrow transactions from start to finish. Active Escrow Officer License and state Notary Public commission (or ability to obtain). Escrow Officer/Asssitant must have hands-on experience with modern title/escrow software (Qualia, SoftPro, ResWare, or similar). A track record of catching small details before they become big issues and managing multiple files under tight deadlines. Escrow Officer/Asssitant must have clear, friendly communication—both in writing and on the phone—with a knack for keeping tense situations calm.

Escrow Officer/Asssitant:
Escrow Officer/Asssitant must take ownership of residential and commercial transactions from initial contract opening through final closing and disbursement. Gather, draft, and audit key closing documents, escrow instructions, settlement statements (Closing Disclosures / ALTA), and deeds. Escrow Officer/Asssitant should review title commitments and lender guidelines to identify and resolve liens or encumbrances before closing day. Balance closing statements, collect earnest money, order payoffs, and safely disburse funds to all parties once the transaction closes. Act as the main point of contact for realtors, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys to resolve roadblocks and provide clear status updates. Escrow Officer/Asssitant must oversee document signings, handle notarizations, and ensure all legal documents are recorded properly with county authorities. Follow all state guidelines, RESPA/TRID regulations, and internal standards to protect customer funds and data.
