This is an in-office position supporting the branch and loan origination process. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, fluent in both English and Spanish, and comfortable working in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Compensation:

$42,000

Responsibilities:

Support Loan Officers and the branch throughout the loan process Communicate with borrowers and other parties as needed Assist with loan-related documentation, follow-up, and pipeline management Help ensure files move efficiently through the mortgage process Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and team members Originate and close loans as part of the role, with an expectation of approximately one loan every 1-2 months (6+ per year)

Qualifications:
