We are a close-knit team with many internal growth opportunities. We are seeking a Bail Bond Agent for rotating, some weekends, and on-call shifts 30+ hours each week. Compensation based on experience, minimum base starts $13/hour + monthly bonus structure. Candidates must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities:

Primary first contact for outreach from incarcerated defendants and/or their loved ones

Manage and navigate multiple systems between counties, courts, and jailers to assess and manage charges, court dates, and set bond costs

Manage intake process

Deploy electronic monitoring systems

Attend court proceedings and assist in navigating the court procedure process

Liaison with local law enforcement and county court employees and officials

Participate in community events and opportunities

Other duties as required

Required Skills and Experience:

Customer Service

Exceptional Communication Skills (written and verbal)

Extraordinary attention to detail

Strong Organizational Skills

Data Entry

General Computer Skills, including GSuite and MS Office

Payments and Cash Handling

Bilingual a plus, but not required
