Job Description

We welcome both experienced mortgage professionals and individuals who are new to the industry. Training and mentorship are provided. Team members may begin part-time and have the opportunity to grow into full-time roles based on performance and business needs. This is a commission-based opportunity. Compensation is based on production and performance. Then we'd list duties like: Build relationships with prospective clients. Educate borrowers about mortgage options. Follow up with leads. Learn mortgage guidelines and compliance. Participate in training and team meetings. Maintain a professional and ethical approach to client service.
