Role Commercial Lending Manager Location:

Lomira, WI Overview This individual will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a diverse commercial loan portfolio while building strong relationships with business clients throughout the market. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven business developer with deep commercial lending expertise, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to generate loan and deposit growth. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and grow a commercial loan portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Analyze financial statements, evaluate creditworthiness, structure commercial lending solutions, and prepare loan recommendations for approval. Build long-term relationships with business owners through proactive networking, consultative financial guidance, and exceptional client service. Monitor portfolio performance, manage loan renewals, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with commercial lending policies and regulatory requirements. Present lending opportunities, portfolio updates, and sales activity to executive leadership and Commercial Loan Committee. Cross-sell additional financial products and services to deepen client relationships and support overall business growth. Represent the organization within the local business community through networking events, industry organizations, and strategic partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Required Skills 10+ years of commercial lending, business banking, commercial credit analysis, or business development experience. Demonstrated success developing commercial loan portfolios and generating new business. Strong understanding of commercial underwriting, credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and commercial loan structuring. Knowledge of commercial lending regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices. Experience utilizing commercial lending platforms and Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships and loan opportunities. Bondable with acceptable credit history and ability to meet SAFE Act requirements.
