Duties Review and verify all loan documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy in accordance with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines and TILA (Truth in Lending Act) requirements Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather necessary information for loan approval processes Analyze financial data using Excel and other financial software to assess borrower eligibility and risk factors Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and industry standards Manage loan servicing tasks including tracking application progress, updating records, and communicating status updates to clients Conduct basic math calculations for income verification, debt-to-income ratios, and other financial assessments Maintain detailed records of all processing activities, ensuring adherence to banking regulatory compliance standards Qualifications Proven experience in mortgage loan processing or related roles within financial services or banking environments Strong knowledge of loan origination processes, commercial lending, and mortgage services Familiarity with industry regulations such as FNMA guidelines, TILA, and banking compliance standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting Experience with financial software used in mortgage processing and loan servicing systems Excellent client communication skills combined with a customer service-oriented approach Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently; 10-key typing skills are preferred Demonstrated understanding of lending principles, including commercial lending analysis in risk and credit assessment Team leadership qualities or experience collaborating across departments is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier mortgage solutions while advancing your career in the financial industry.
