Must have strong computer skills, be highly organized and possess efficient time management skills. Invoice Processing - previous experience preferred. Regular contact with other departments providing support and/or obtaining information. Handles consumer service calls, including some technical support, requiring tact to avoid friction and achieve satisfaction. The right candidate will possess the following skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Ability to multitask Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to work flexible hours Experience working with SAGE software a plus A minimum one year experience working in an office environment is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced result driven setting. Previous work experience must show a demonstrated ability to use analytical problem solving skills, with a strong background in detail oriented work. Team oriented individual. Self-confident, assertive, and able to work under minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in basic math.
