The organization values expertise, customer education, and integrity in every interaction. Role Description The IRA Processor is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day processing of IRA and 401(k) rollover documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all transactions. The IRA Processor will interact with clients and financial institutions to gather necessary information, verify account details, and resolve processing issues. Daily tasks include data entry, document review, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and account conversions. The role also involves answering client inquiries, providing clear status updates, and supporting a high standard of service throughout the rollover process. Qualifications Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems). Knowledge of retirement accounts, basic financial concepts, or prior experience in financial services, banking, or investments. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and professionally to clients. Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Customer service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in an on-site office environment and adapt to established procedures and regulations. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience processing financial or retirement account paperwork is a plus.
