Job Description The candidate will be responsible for working on real estate closing files. They will review the real estate contract and addendums, enter the contract into the closing software, order the title search, lien searches, payoffs, estoppel letters, communicate with buyer, seller, realtors and lender to obtain the necessary information needed for closing. We are looking for a detail oriented, timely, dedicated and energetic candidate with experience in Title to grow with our team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Review real estate contract and enter all information into the closing software Order all items necessary to clear title to include payoffs, estoppels, lien searches Maintain professional relationship with customers Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate parties Understand and address all title requirements and obtain the documentation to clear the requirement. Provide constant communication with the client and Real Estate Agents on the status of the transaction throughout the closing process

Experience in the Title Industry High School Graduate Able to follow all company procedures and policies Ability to work full time
