Commercial Document Specialist Location:
Nashville, Clarksville, Danville, Champaign, Chattanooga, Bowling Green, Lexington. Terre Haute, and Evansville (On-Site)
Status:

What You'll Do Prepare Loan Documents:
Work closely with loan officers to generate accurate and compliant commercial loan documents. Review for
Accuracy:
Double-check loan packages to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and error-free.
Maintain Compliance:
Follow banking regulations and company policies to mitigate risk and ensure proper documentation.
Support Loan Officers:
Assist with administrative tasks related to loan documentation and approvals.
Collaborate & Communicate:
Work with various departments to resolve documentation issues and streamline processes. What We're Looking For Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years of prior banking experience. Knowledge of commercial lending and leasing procedures, laws, and regulations. Strong computer proficiency, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet software. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including email and voicemail etiquette. Credit administration knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with a positive attitude. Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance. Ability to remain in a sitting position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday. Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
