Full Job Description Job Title:

Loan Processor - Commercial Loans Bank 21 is seeking a motivated Loan Processor to join our growing loan department in Blue Springs, Missouri. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing and servicing a variety of loans, including commercial, consumer, and real estate loans. You will work closely with loan officers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of loan documentation, while providing excellent customer service to our clients and fellow team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform various duties to assist in processing and servicing different types of loans, including but not limited to:

Documentation:

Prepare loan documentation for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans according to loan approval requirements. Prepare payoff letters and release liens for various collateral types. Order credit reports, appraisals, and flood determinations. Conduct lien searches and ensure proper lien perfection.

Loan Processing:

Book and fund new and renewed loans. Perform loan maintenance as needed. Prepare and send closing packages to title companies and loan officers. Process paid note paperwork. Assemble loan files. Perform post-closing reviews and image completed loan files.

Monitoring and Follow-Up:

Set up, modify, and delete ticklers as necessary to track key dates and loan requirements. Pull and review daily reports and notices.

Customer and Team Support:

Answer questions and inquiries from customers and bank employees regarding loan department services. Provide clerical support, including documentation management, filing, and general office duties. Assist with other tasks as assigned to support the loan department.

Qualifications:

1-year experience working in a commercial bank loan department is preferred. Experience with loan documentation software, such as Finastra LaserPro, is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Customer service experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of internet research. Escrow Experience will put you ahead
