What You Will Do Prepare, review, and process reservation and closing document packages for accuracy and completeness Enter and maintain loan and buyer data in the company's loan servicing system Support Sales Executives and the Regional Sales Manager with file status Maintain organized digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes What You Bring 2 or more years of administrative experience Bilingual English and Spanish, written and verbal Strong attention to detail and comfort working through a high volume of files without losing accuracy Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with loan origination or servicing software is a plus
