Job Description

Blue Ridge Title & Escrow, Inc. was established in 1998 and is located in the bustling historic district of downtown Leesburg, VA! We are a team of talented and enthusiastic professionals who strive to provide the highest level of customer service. We are looking for an organized and efficient settlement processor to join our team!

Duties Include :

File coordination with all parties to the transaction
ALTA/CD preparation and title work submission to lender
Underwriting review to cure title matters
Finalize file and procure closing packages Salary commensurate with experience.

Hours M-F 9am to 5pm Job Opens August 3
