is looking for a Night Auditor(Front Desk) This is a great opportunity to join the team of a great, award-winning hotel! Previous customer service required, previous hotel experience is preferred. Must be able to work weekends/holidays.

Be computer-savvy Have outstanding customer service and communication skills Our Night Audit and Front Desk team uses our Property Management software to check guests in and out, and create and modify reservations.

Job duties also include:

Use of Property Management software (Hotelkey) to check guests in and out; create and modify reservations Maintaining accurate reservation information Cashiering Qualifying all incoming phone calls Responding promptly and thoroughly to guest requests Anticipating guest's needs Night Auditors also are responsible for balancing all cash receipts, performing end-of-day procedures, assisting Housekeeping with overnight linen folding and a bucket check on each/every shift. •Current position available will be for 2-3 days a week with the possibility to obtain more hours in peak season depending on performance. MUST be able to work weekends/holidays. Night Audit hours are from 11pm-7am. Pay Range is based upon experience. Please submit your resume and cover letter on Indeed or drop them off at the hotel.
