Night Auditor/Room Inspector Comfort Suites is a small, family-owned business located in Valdosta, GA. We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to provide guests with a comfortable and welcoming experience. Responsibilities Handle night audit reports. Greet guests upon their arrival and guide them through check-in process. Answer incoming calls and take messages. Take reservations for both our private and public rooms. Manage hotel reservations by collecting, organizing, and processing information; verifying information; scheduling reservations; obtaining all necessary authorizations and data. Respond to complaints about staff, services, or facilities in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with regulations for alcohol and drugs. Maintain clean and orderly front desk area; keep front desk files organized; check out guests who have left their luggage behind. Inspect rooms two days out the week and assist Executive Housekeeper when needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

One year of customer service experience is preferred. We will train the right candidate! Experience working in a hotel environment is strongly preferred. We are located in a hotel, so you will need to be comfortable with dealing with clients and staff.

Pay:

From $13.00 per hour
