This role ensures a seamless guest experience overnight while maintaining accurate daily financial records for the property.

Schedule:

Overnight shift (typically 11 PM-7 AM), including weekends and holidays as needed. Key Responsibilities Balance and reconcile all daily financial transactions (room revenue, spa charges, F&B, incidentals) across departments Run and distribute the night audit report and close out the day in the PMS Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests during overnight hours Monitor building security, conduct periodic property walks, and respond to guest or safety concerns Prepare and organize reports for morning management and accounting review Process cash handling, credit card batches, and resolve discrepancies Respond to emergency situations and escalate per hotel protocol Maintain a calm, professional guest-facing presence overnight Qualifications Prior front desk, night audit, or hotel accounting experience preferred Comfortable working independently overnight with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and basic accounting/reconciliation skills Experience with a hotel PMS (e.g., Cloudbeds, Opera, RoomKeyPMS) a plus Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to stay alert and composed during a quiet overnight shift What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Boutique hotel environment with a tight-knit team Opportunity for growth
