The Comfort Inn & Suites Northern Kentucky is seeking a full-time Night Auditor to fill a vacancy. These shifts will be from 10:00PM to 8:00AM, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, totaling 30 hours per week. Some holidays are required, but we do our absolute best to honor time off requests. Applicants without overnight availability will not be considered. While hotel experience is preferred, it is not required. We are seeking a candidate with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. The duties of a Night Auditor include, but are not limited to: Being well-groomed and aware of personal hygiene; adhere to dress code policy Offer sincere and courteous hospitality at all times Provide information to guests about hotel policies, services, and amenities Respond to requests from guests for assistance and recommendations Sell and up-sell rooms to "walk-in" guests Entering/changing reservation information in the computer system Processing payments from guests Closing, balancing, and making necessary corrections to guest accounts Counting and balancing cash, credit card, and direct bill accounts Maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area and lobby Reporting of potential safety or security hazards To apply, please reply to this post and include your resume.
