Job Description

Night Auditor & Overnight Hospitality Pro (Part-Time) Are you a night owl who loves a head start on the day? We are looking for a reliable, independent professional to lead our overnight operations. This is a vital role that bridges the gap between the quiet of the night and the energy of the morning. You'll be the financial anchor of the hotel overnight and the one who ensures our guests start their day with a great breakfast.
The Details Availability:
Part-Time.
Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift).
Requirement:
Weekends and holidays are required. What You'll Do (The Impact)
The Financial Anchor:
Reconcile daily accounts, run end-of-day reports, and ensure all guest billing is 100% accurate before the morning rush.
The Breakfast Architect:
A key part of this role is preparing our hot continental breakfast. You'll be responsible for the initial setup—brewing coffee, prepping food items, and maintaining the buffet area until the morning attendant arrives.
Overnight Ambassador:
Manage late-night check-ins and early departures with a professional, calm, and welcoming demeanor.
Security & Peace of Mind:
Act as the sole point of contact overnight, ensuring property security and maintaining a quiet, restful environment for our guests.
Problem Solver:
Handle inquiries or maintenance requests independently and efficiently during the quiet hours. What You Bring to the
Team Experience:
Previous hotel front desk or Night Audit experience is strongly preferred . Basic accounting skills and comfort with property management systems are a major plus. The "Morning Motivator": You take pride in a well-presented breakfast bar and are comfortable balancing kitchen prep with front desk duties.
Independence:
You thrive in a role where you work independently and can handle the responsibility of being the only staff member on-site.
Reliability:
Since you are the "anchor" of the hotel's daily cycle, consistent attendance and punctuality are absolutely essential.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
