Job Description

The Holiday Inn and Suites- Liverpool is looking for an outgoing Front Desk Receptionist to greet guests and handle their needs. This is a Friday and Saturday overnight position. Hours are 11PM-7

AM General Accountabilities:

Begins and ends shift as scheduled and arrives in full uniform, adherent to dress code standards and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. Greets all guests and accommodates any needs they may have and engages in conversation regarding their stay with the hotel. Takes note of current stock of items, helps to restock when items are low, or leaves a notice when items needs reordering. Deals with any small transactions guests or staff may have May need to assist/clean public areas during down time including: light vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning spills, reorganizing stock on display, etc. All other duties as assigned
