Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during overnight hours. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs and requests. Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests. Skills Proficiency in night audit processes and procedures. Experience in front desk operations within a hotel environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with hospitality software and phone systems. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
