Job Description

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift.

Your duties will include:

Conducting the night audit process to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
Checking guests in and out of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service
Answering phone calls and assisting guests with inquiries or requests
Handling guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Monitoring security cameras and maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
Assisting with any other front desk duties
Keeping hotel clean
Doing Laundry Shift runs form 11pm to 7 am.

Weekends required.
