Job Description
Staybridge Suites Allentown West is seeking a mature, reliable individual with strong customer service skills and a professional appearance to join their Front Office team as a Part Time Time Night Auditor for primarily Monday and Tuesday nights (nights may vary). Duties include, but are not limited to:
- checking guests in/out; assigning rooms
- assisting guests with special requests
- completing all front desk tasks
- making and confirming reservations
- balancing daily work
- completing night audit of daily transactions
- delivering express folios under doors
- assist breakfast team with making coffee and setting up buffet
- offering friendly and professional customer service to all guests
