Responsibilities for

Night Auditor:

Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay Process invoices and give guests receipts upon check out Record and respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies as need Answer phones and place reservations Verify that all End Of Day information is correct Run End Of Day Computer functions so that they are complete by the end of the shift. Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts Balance cash drawer Prepare breakfast items to get it ready for Breakfast Bar Attendants Display good customer relation skills and take initiative in providing excellent guest services Monitor Hotel inside and out, ensuring safety of all guests Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure appearance is clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications For Night Auditor:

Exceptional customer service skills Ability to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills Excellent problem solving skills Reliable and Dependable Excellent communication skills 1+ year experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
