The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton, Seattle Airport-Southcenter is currently hiring for a full-time Night Auditor.

Pay range is:

$22.00 - $22.50 / hour Job Overview As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for the Front Desk operation during the graveyard shift. (11pm - 7am). This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

• Greet guests and complete the check-in process via PEP system; verify guest information, room type and rate.
• Arrange method of payment; cash handling; processing of credit or debit cards.
• Communicate amenities and services and hours of operation for outlets and knowledge of local area/attractions.
• Respond to and resolve guest inquiries and requests.
• Close out the Night Audit process.
• Drive the shuttle van to and from the airport.

Who is our ideal candidate? Must possess previous hotel Front Desk experience. Previous hotel Night Audit experience is strongly desired. You will possess a friendly and welcoming personality with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide a memorable guest experience.
