Job Description
Our client is a large and growing construction company with operations across several states, and they're currently looking for a Payroll Manage r. This position will impact company operations day one and work with a great existing team that feels more like family! This person must have significant payroll management experience within large organizations along with union experience Payroll Manager (Santa Fe Springs - On Site): Must be on-site 5x a week Must have construction AND union payroll experience Must have experience managing payroll in large environment, with significant headcount Will manage an existing team in place Must have a strong background in compliance and reporting Experience with Spectrum Payroll is desired, but not required Compensation is likely $130k-$150k base + bonus, benefits, 401k, PTO, etc This is a large, national company that is a leader in their sector.
