  The project involves the consolidation and migration of 8-9 payroll vendors into two, as part of the global payroll transformation program. The successful candidate will lead this high-visibility initiative to unify the payroll landscape under a single vendor, ensuring technical stability, compliance, and operational readiness. Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain the global implementation master schedule. Lead a cross-functional "Working Team" to align technical delivery with change impacts. Act as the primary bridge between Payroll and IT/HRIS teams. Design and oversee UAT and Parallel Run strategies. Serve as the main point of escalation with the global payroll vendor. Own the alignment of change management activities with implementation delivery. Project Manager

Mandatory Skills:

7+ years of experience in Global Payroll, HR Project Management, or HRIS Implementation. Proven experience managing multi-country vendor transitions. Deep understanding of payroll compliance and testing methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with change management and project management. Comfortable working with data and storytelling insights. Project Manager
