Full-time Full time construction weekly payroll processing position, including job costing time, processing reimbursements, weekly 401(k), child support and payroll tax deposits.

Certified Payroll experience preferred. Benefit processing. Reconciles bank statements; license and insurance info; processes Subcontracts, Lot Purchase Orders and Change Orders. Some billing, cash receipts and job setup. Backup for Accounts Payable and Receivable. Also Office Manager duties for office (cell phones, copiers, office supplies, sunpass, fuel cards, etc.) We are a Drug-Free Workplace. The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check, drug screen and will be E-Verified.
