Coordinate with the company's CPA and other outside professionals regarding tax filings, year-end reporting, and financial documentation. Support Louisiana contractor licensing and financial reporting requirements. Identify and correct discrepancies, incomplete records, and accounting-process issues. Maintain organized financial documentation and strengthen internal accounting procedures and controls. Handle sensitive payroll, employee, customer, and company financial information with discretion and confidentiality. Qualifications At least five years of hands-on bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management experience. Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required. Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash-flow reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and job costing. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business management software. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, growing company. Experience in restoration, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or another field-service industry is strongly preferred.
