(WGS Global Services) Position Summary WGS Global Services is seeking an experienced Corporate Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll and employee benefits for our growing multi-state workforce. This position is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time through weekly payroll processing , administering company benefit programs, and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with high-volume, multi-state payroll in ADP. Responsibilities Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP . Manage payroll for employees working across multiple states. Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity. Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. Coordinate benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment. Process new hires, terminations, promotions, pay changes, garnishments, and deductions. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and wage regulations. Reconcile payroll reports and benefit deductions. Prepare payroll reports for accounting and executive management. Partner with Human Resources and Accounting to maintain accurate employee records. Assist with year-end payroll processing, including W-2 preparation and payroll audits. Respond to employee payroll and benefits questions professionally and confidentially. Continuously identify opportunities to improve payroll and benefits processes. Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of hands-on ADP payroll experience Experience processing multi-state payroll Experience administering employee benefits Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and wage & hour compliance Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, staffing, or production environments Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Professional development opportunities Stable, growing company with advancement opportunities Why Join WGS?
