Company/Position Overview :

Our client, a strategic marketing consulting firm, is seeking a Payroll Consultant. They are transitioning and strengthening their payroll processes and functions while recruiting a permanent Payroll Supervisor. While they go through the recruiting process, they would like to bring in a Payroll Consultant who can provide some hands-on support and help assess workflows, controls, documentation, backup coverage, and process gaps. This position will report to the Vice President, Operations, and will work on-site at their Lakewood Headquarters.

Insight into the payroll:

• Approximately 500 employees
• Multi-entity, operating across nearly all 50 states

ADP Workforce Now Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong experience with multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, 401(k), reconciliations, year-end, deductions/garnishments, and employee changes

ADP Workforce Now Dress:

Business Casual; nice jeans are okay
