Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge about Payroll, Offboarding and Accounting Processes
- Experience with payroll programs and MS Office Suite
- High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of management
- Good understanding of employment law, regulatory and legal compliance to meet country specific requirements
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsPreferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business and Human Resources
- Previous experience in a similar role of at least 2-3 years
- Basic knowledge in other HR processes such as Compensation, Benefit, Talent Acquisition etc.
