Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Reviews and verifies time sheets including, but not limited to, attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments. Keeps track of leave time for employees and enters all leave time into the payroll system for all employees. And other various assigned tasks.
