Job Description

BANKW Staffing is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team to support operations in our Bedford, New Hampshire office. This Payroll Administrator will work directly with the Accounting Manager and Controller to ensure accuracy of processing in a highly transactional, fast paced environment. This is a permanent, full time and onsite opportunity that offers great benefits.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll for 300+ employees Monitor timesheets to ensure approvals are received and processed Payroll reconciliations Provide a high level of customer service to troubleshoot timesheet discrepancies Communicate interdepartmentally between payroll, human resources and other departments to ensure proper workflow

Qualifications:
