We are seeking a Full-Time Nursing Scheduler/Payroll Coordinator who will coordinate the nursing department staff for all shifts and units in the facility and manage the nursing payroll.

Responsibilities:

Prepare schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels within the nursing center for all three shifts

Prepare Nursing Payroll:

verifying hours, daily punches, sick calls and paid time off within the payroll system Working with the Director of Nursing regarding excessive lateness/absences and vacation approvals of staff and providing support documentation. On - going communication with staff for all payroll and scheduling related issues/concerns

Qualifications:

Must be an excellent communicator, able to multi-task, self-driven and able to work well in a fast paced, changing environment. At least one year of scheduling and payroll experience required.
