Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in Elk City, Oklahoma. This position will work with a variety of small-business clients and assist with maintaining accurate, timely financial records.

Responsibilities:

Record and categorize financial transactions Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare monthly financial statements Process payroll and payroll tax filings Prepare sales tax reports Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable Communicate with clients to obtain information and resolve discrepancies Assist with year-end bookkeeping and tax preparation support

Qualifications:

Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or business is helpful but not required We offer competitive compensation based on experience, a professional and supportive work environment, and opportunities for continued growth.

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
