Job Description

Payroll Specialist Tualatin, OR A well-established construction company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a small, long-tenured accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll and AP experience who can work independently and is comfortable in a hands-on environment.

Salary:

$75,000 - $85,000

Bonus:

Discretionary Schedule:

Hybrid, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly union payroll for approximately 50 employees Manage direct deposits and weekly payroll processing Assist with Accounts Payable processing Enter invoices and payment information into Viewpoint Spectrum Coordinate weekly check runs and approval processes Work closely with the Controller and support AR as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of payroll and AP experience Experience processing payroll independently Union payroll experience preferred Timing is everything.
