As our campus continues to grow, we are seeking a Vital Living Coordinator for home services. Duties include (but are not limited to): Ensuring a consistent, quality driven delivery of home care services to appropriate clients. Scheduling, directing, supervising and training department employees. Making arrangements for transportation of residents to and from appointments. Completing department billing. Meeting with clients and families to ensure satisfaction of offered services.
Requirements:
This role requires a self-starter with a positive, eager, and responsive attitude.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (an Associate may work)
Experience:
2 years of experience in senior living, social work or healthcare related field
Skills:
