This payroll clerk position is in Alvin, TX. Candidates must be available to start work immediately. Experience with Track software is a plus. Knowledge of Track payroll system. Knowledge of Billings required. Research, source documents, and prepare simple accounting reports. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with job site, co-workers, and project management. Accounts payable knowledge. For example, matching of invoices, receivers, and purchase orders. Reply to assigned queries correctly, efficiently and communicates in a timely manner. Complete special projects as required by manager. General office skills. Other duties as assigned.
