Pay :

$16.00 per hour base. Final amount based on experience. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rice, TX, for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for administering payroll processes, including managing payroll processing, payroll taxes, and garnishments. This role will utilize their knowledge in state and federal rules and regulations within the trucking industry. State permitting knowledge a plus. To be successful in this role you must be able to communicate clearly with a wide array of people and in various formats. Additionally, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be skilled in multitasking. Our team works together to make sure our operation runs smoothly and job duties can fluctuate based on the strengths of each team member. Qualifications Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing High level of skills in QuickBooks Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in transportation services is a plus Ability to multitask Enjoys and thrives in a team environment Efficient and clear communicator both verbally and in writing
