About the Role Good Source Foods is seeking a dependable, organized Payroll, Benefits & Administrative Coordinator to support our day-to-day payroll, employee benefits, and general office administration. This is a hands-on position well suited for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between payroll and employee administration, ERP system tasks, recordkeeping, and other day-to-day office needs. The position will initially be approximately 24-30 hours per week over three days, with the potential to expand into a full-time role as responsibilities grow. Key Responsibilities Payroll & Benefits Administration Coordinate and process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule Maintain employee payroll information, deductions, PTO, and other payroll-related changes Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding Administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment Serve as a point of contact for routine employee payroll and benefits questions Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Coordinate with payroll providers, benefit brokers, insurance carriers, and other outside partners Review benefit invoices and assist with resolving discrepancies ERP & Administrative Support Perform routine data entry and administrative functions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Maintain customer, vendor, employee, and other system records as assigned Assist with order, invoice, purchasing, or other transactional entries as needed Run routine reports and assist with maintaining accurate company records Organize and maintain electronic and physical documentation General Office Administration Provide general administrative support to company leadership and other departments Assist with vendor paperwork, forms, certificates, and other business documentation Coordinate office supplies, mail, records, and other routine office needs Help maintain organized administrative processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Assist with special projects and other administrative needs as they arise Qualifications 2+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR administration, accounting support, or a related administrative role preferred Previous hands-on payroll processing experience strongly preferred Experience administering employee benefits is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of recurring responsibilities Strong organizational and follow-through skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP/accounting system is a plus Comfortable learning new systems and processes What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of the administrative work that keeps a business running smoothly. Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
