Role Description The Personal Banking Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Glendale, AZ. This position is responsible for assisting customers with everyday banking needs, including opening and servicing accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and handling cash transactions accurately and securely. The role involves providing personalized customer service, responding to inquiries, and offering guidance on banking products and services such as checking, savings, and consumer loans. The Personal Banking Representative will collaborate with team members to meet branch service and sales goals, follow established policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. This role also supports Bell Bank's community-focused culture by building strong customer relationships and representing the bank in a professional and approachable manner. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in personal banking and a solid understanding of consumer banking products and services. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Candidates should possess cash handling skills, including accuracy in processing transactions and balancing cash drawers. Candidates should possess knowledge of loans, including the ability to explain basic loan products and assist customers with applications. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking or financial systems; prior retail banking or financial services experience is preferred.
