POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees a sales and service culture designed to expand customer relationships in assigned market. Serves as the branch sales and service leader, including coaching, training, and mentoring of new sales and service-focused team members. Maintains confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Consistently provides an outstanding sales and service experience representing the Bank in a courteous and professional manner.
Principal Responsibilities:
Serves as the branch sales and service leader and as the branch subject matter expert for lending products, services, and processes. Champions the branch's customer experience (VOC) program. Listens and recognizes customers' financial needs to develop and deepen relationships. Opens consumer and small business accounts and services for consumers. Quotes consumer loan rates, originates loan applications, serves as primary customer contact throughout lending lifecycle and closes approved loans. Serves as a branch subject matter expert for lending products, services, and processes. Refers customers to the Bank's partners. Leads and participates in prospective and existing customer outreach efforts, including branch and community events. Conducts onsite business development calls with small businesses. Establishes and conducts preset appointments with customers to perform regular financial reviews. Attains individual sales goals and contributes to overall branch goals. Utilizes Bank technology to educate and assist customers with digital banking services. Serves as the branch subject matter expert related to digital banking options. Performs customer transactions on the teller line and daily branch operational tasks. Proficient in accessing operational policies and procedures, as well as the core banking system. Maintains and disseminates reporting on sales dashboards and customer experience scores. Assists in branch audits as it relates to sales and service-related activities. Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintains confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Regular, reliable attendance is critical.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong interpersonal, communication skills and sales leadership skills focused on relationship building in a needs-based sales and service environment. Knowledgeable in consumer and business banking deposit and lending products. Skilled in adopting and leveraging technologies to enhance efficiency, communication, and task management. Exhibits strong judgement, attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Exhibits an enthusiastic spirit. Regular, reliable attendance is critical. Required to maintain registration with The National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is often performed in an office environment, with frequent interruptions. Ability to stay in a stationary position, operate a computer, exchange information, move inside and outside the workplace for business purposes. Must be able to positively discern and identify an individual. Occasionally required to move coin of approximately 50lbs. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekend and evening work. Required to travel locally.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Associate's Degree in related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
MINIMUM PRIOR EXPERIENCE
